Darren Roberts, has been on the opening team of over a dozen restaurants with different concepts and corporate cultures. Early in his 20-year career in the restaurant industry, he came to realize that restaurant patrons don’t frequent restaurants only to be fed, but to enjoy an experience. He has since been mastering the art of customer service. Proud to be a part of the management team at reservoir, Darren will diligently work to maintain exceptional standards assuring that reservoir guests get the experience they deserve.
